Hodag Soccer Club Competitive teams are designed for young athletes seeking competitive play and skill development. We aim for individual boys and girls teams, but that always depends on registrant numbers. For the last few years, we have had co-ed teams in the U10, U12 and U14 brackets; as well as mixed-age High School teams for boys and girls.

U10-U14 Classic Spring Season consists of League play mid-May to mid-July + 2 tournaments 

• League Games: 10 weeknight games in the Central Wisconsin Soccer League (CWSL). 5 home Games, 5 away games with travel to Marshfield, Waupaca, Wausau, etc).
• Schedule: Evening games twice a week; practices 2-3 times per week. Tournaments: 2 WYSA-sanctioned events - May 29-31 in Wisconsin Rapids and June 12-14 in Eau Claire.

High School Age Tournament Only Season

3 Tournaments tentatively scheduled for May 29-31 in Wisconsin Rapids; June 12-14 in Eau Claire; June 19-21 in Stevens Point.

UNIFORMS will be a set of 2 jerseys, included in the price.  Player is responsible for black shorts and black socks, shin guards and cleats. If you played with HSC in 2025 and have a well cared for jersey set, the club can reimburse the jersey cost. 

Fees:

• U10 $225 Prior to January 31. $250 After Feb 1. (Birth years: 2016-2017)
• U12 $250 Prior to January 31. $275 After Feb 1. (Birth years: 2014-2015)
• U14 $250 Prior to January 31. $275 After Feb 1. (Birth years: 2012-2013)
• High School Aged Teams: $275 (Birth years: 2011 & older)

Fee includes Tournaments, Spring/Summer League Play, Player Registration and Rostering, Administration Fees, Coaching Fees, Field Maintenance, and Referee Fees.

High School Note: The Club understands that girls 2010 and older will be playing High School Soccer in the Spring. If you sign up to play travel soccer here, and you are placed on the varsity team and it heads into playoff season, you will be reimbursed your fees here. Please talk with a club board member and/or your soccer coach. 

Also, girls born in 2012, entering high school in Fall of 2026, who want to play on the Tournament-only team should register for U14.  The Club and parents can discuss and move players around as needed once teams are formed. 

There may be chances for all ages of teams to compete in additional tournaments or scrimmages beyond the scheduled club-funded tournaments.  These would be discussed with the teams and coaches prior, and would be player funded.
