Rec Soccer Rules
Hodag Soccer Club Rec Soccer is a coed league providing players with an opportunity to learn and develop fundamental skills in a safe, fun environment.
The player division grouping will be based on the age (birth year) and match the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association age chart.
U6, born in 2018 & 2019 U8, born in 2016 & 2017
U10, born in 2014 & 2015 U12, born in 2012 & 2013
REC SOCCER RESPONSIBILITIES
Required equipment for practice and games:
- Shin guards with tall socks covering the shin guards
- Athletic shoes (soccer cleats are not required)
- Athletic clothing (clothing without buttons & zippers to avoid injuries)
- Water bottle
If you have a soccer ball, please bring it to practices.
- U6 – Size 3 soccer ball
- U8 – Size 3 soccer ball
- U10 – Size 4 soccer ball
- U12 – Size 4 soccer ball
Sunscreen is recommended.
There are no bleachers, so bringing lawn chairs and/or blankets is recommended.
Please leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on the premises.
No smoking of any kind (includes e-cigarettes) on the soccer field.
